The Laborers’ District Council & Contractors’ Pension Fund of Ohio is designed to provide you with a monthly pension benefit when you stop laboring and are retirement age. Your benefit amount is determined by the number of hours you work as a laborer. You must be vested to earn a pension benefit. The pension plan is funded by employer contributions; you are not required or allowed to contribute to the Fund.
